Skilled Services active
We offer both full medical services as well as home health nurses for treatments such as wound care, high-tech infusion, Foley care, diabetic management, skilled observation and assessment, psychiatric one-to-one therapy, medication monitoring and many other nursing procedures. Services rendered by Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses consistent with a treatment plan established by the patient’s attending physician.
Registered Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants work to help patients regain physical function and improve range of motion. Therapists assist and/or train patients with gait training, use of wheelchairs, walkers, artificial limbs, etc., and pain control.
Registered Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants help each patient learn to better perform activities of daily living. Activities may include eating bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting to promote independence.
Licensed Clinical Social Workers assist patients in solving problems that may arise through illness, including social, financial and transportation problems. Our staff is familiar with a vast number of community resources to aid persons in need.
Registered Speech Therapists provide an effective speech program assisting patients in learning to better use and comprehend language. Enhanced written, spoken, and nonverbal communication helps patients gain greater independence and improved quality of life.
Non-Skilled Services
Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistants assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
Immaculate Home Health Care offers a wide range of services that fit your specific need:
Personal Care – Support with daily living activities such as walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, medication, reminders, appointment scheduling, and more
Meal Preparation – Help with grocery shopping as necessary and preparation of nutritious meals (including kosher).
Light Housekeeping – Assistance with household activities such as changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, watering plants, disposal of garbage and more.
Provides family members or other care givers the opportunity to spend time away from loved one (s) with the confidence that a trained professional is administering care in their absence.
Transporation and support with activities outside the home such as doctor’s appointments, visits with friends, attending concerts or movies, shopping or other outings.
Insurances
Medicare:
Immaculate Home Health Care LLC is a Medicare certified provider that participate in the CMS Quality initiatives in order to accept Medicare for payment.
Medicaid:
Immaculate Home Health Care Accepts Medicaid Recipients meeting the following Medicaid criteria for Home Health Care Services:
-Are under the care of an attending physician that has provided orders for home health care services.
– Had a medical condition or disability that substantially limits their ability to perform ADLs or IADLs and do not have a parent or legal guardian able to provide this care.
– Require services that can be safely, effectively, and efficiently provided in the home or other authorized setting.
Immaculate Home Health Care accepts the following Medicaid Plans:
Humana, Sunshine Health, Simply Health Care, Aetna, Ameri Health and any other managed plans by Coastal Care, Molina Health Care and Integrated Home Care Services amongst others.

Checks and Credit Cards:
Immaculate Home Health Care accepts checks and all major credit cards including Visa, Master Cards, American Express and Discover. Detailed invoices are provided on a weekly basis to the client or family member.
Veteran’s Benefits:
The VA provides a reimbursement benefit for home care for the Veteran and his/her widower or spouse for which you may be eligible. Give us a call and we can refer you to a VA Representative who can assist you further.
